I have bought an lg g2 ls980 and its not getting 4g lte only 3g how can i fix this issue?

Okay, so the LS-980 is the Sprint model.  You didn't specify in your post, but is Sprint your carrier?

Have you switched it to 4g LTE in the options>networks? The other possibly is the SIM card which controls the 4G isn't registered to your device
