headphone jack problem
« on: December 08, 2013, 12:58:55 AM »
Hi Guys,
I just got the ATT Lg G2 from amazon.

When i insert  the headphone into 3.5 mm jack, it does not fit with a 'snug'/click sound that one normally hears when the
headphone reaches the end of the jack. infact, headphone can come out easily, if say, i was wearing it while in the gym.

Is this normal with this phone, or I have a faulty phone?
quick response will help me decide whether i need to ask for replacement.

Thanks
sedy

Have you tried several different sets of headphones?  Make sure it's not a broken jack on the headphone side.
