I have moved your post from the "LG G Pro 2" forum to the 'LG G2 Help' forum.  Unless you really do have an LG G Pro 2 (which has a 5.9" screen like the Samsung Note 3), which is being released sometime this month; if so, I'll move it back with apologies.

As for your slow email issue, we will need a bit more info than you have provided.  Who is your carrier?  What model G2 do you have (or G Pro 2)?  Are you using the stock Gmail app for email, or the LG Email app?  Is  the email account being accessed by one or the other of the email apps a gmail, yahoo, exchange (msn/live/hotmail/outlook.com), yahoo) or POP3?

What are your sync settings?

If, for example, your email account is gmail, and you are using the gmail app, the mail should be almost instantaneous using the IMAP protocol.
