Screen Gone Wild
« on: June 28, 2014, 04:25:20 PM »
So I've had my sprint G2 phone for just over 2 months now and it's been working just fine. However this morning when I woke up and started to use it the screen started to go all crazy. I was just trying to text someone and the screen started acting as if someone were pushing the screen randomly all over making it go side to side, selecting random apps/links and leaving me unable to use it. I can kind of keep it at bay by holding my finger on the screen to cancel it out, but as soon as I take it off it goes back at it. I tried cleaning the screen, taking off the case, resetting it, and even factory resetting it twice but nothing has worked. After factory reset it will be OK for a few minutes but will eventually start going crazy again. II have no idea what to try now so any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

If you're still under warranty then let your carrier know of your problem. They will probably cover it unless there is evidence of a drop, water damage, or if it's rooted.
