I have an LG G2 phone I purchaaed in CLARO Puerto Rico in May 2014. I have been experiencing problems when I travel to the USA under "roaming", the issue is that intermittently , the reception atenna indicators turns off and I have to restart the Phone in order to get back reception. I have reported the issue back home, nonetheless, they say everything is OK with the equipment, last week the phone company re-initiated all software but to no avail, I continue to experience the issue once or twice a day, sometimes more. I have been travelling abroad for over 20 years with no problems with other phones. Does anybody have a clue ?
