Reinstall
« on: October 13, 2013, 07:12:54 PM »
I just had my phone wiped back to delivered state - no downloaded apps.  The rep did show me where I could find the list of apps that I downloaded but I cannot remember where I can access that list.  Help!

You should be able to go to the Play Store app, and once you have logged in using your gmail account if you hadn't already; you can click the Menu key and select "My apps".  From there you may have to swipe to the left to switch between "Installed" and "All", to All, and from there you can reinstall any apps (free or paid) back to your device.

Let us know if any issues.
