Picture upload to Google Drive
« on: November 03, 2013, 07:01:59 PM »
Is there a way to have the pictures I take with the camera automatically upload to Google Drive?  or is it only for Dropbox?

I believe that it's only automatic for Google+ or Picasa (for apps that come with the phone), and Dropbox is one of the more popular 3rd party apps.  However, there are other apps that will upload your pics to Google Drive:

http://android.appstorm.net/how-to/synchronization/how-to-sync-photos-to-google-drive-via-foldersync/

Link to the free version of the app is here:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.tacit.android.foldersync.lite&hl=en

Sounds like the free version will meet your needs, the paid version (~$3) will allow some filtering options; but if all you want to do is upload pics to Google Drive, the free version sounds like it would meet your needs.
